Fire Train Fire Cider was created in 2019 when Shereel was commissioned to develop this product for her church community to address various health needs related to severe flu symptoms.

Fire Cider is traditional folk remedy used an antiviral, antibacterial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, and decongestant that supports digestion.

Many individuals were able to prevent symptoms entirely or experienced a shorter duration of symptoms.

Following this, others requested the product as well, so she began producing it for her various communities.

Later, she introduced specific herbs that have been historically used by early Black North Americans.

Since then, she has continued to sell this product at various events where she also teaches about Black American Herbalism and the power of creating products using traditional practices from your personal lineage.

This special blend of fire cider is a proprietary blend of herbs from the historical Black North American Herbal Materia Medica including:

• boneset (eupatorium perfoliatum)
• horehound leaf (marrubium vulgare)
• black walnut leaf (juglans nigra)

• cayenne powder (capsicum frutescens)
